• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

User Content

Clipboard Genie allows you to store and manage content from your clipboard. You retain all rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you copy, store, and manage using Clipboard Genie. You must ensure that your use of the application complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Services

Clipboard Genie may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Genie Laboratories is not responsible for any third-party services you choose to use with Clipboard Genie.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Clipboard Genie is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Genie Laboratories does not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or that the operation of the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Genie Laboratories be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

Genie Laboratories shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from system failures, server outages, or any other technical issues beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genie Laboratories operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
